All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays.


Aphrodite's Love Parties ships all packages via USPS and offers a few shipping methods for your convenience:
USPS First Class: $9.95 Shipping
USPS Priority (2-Day): $24.50
USPS Express Mail: $34.50 


Some items are more in shipping due to size and weight of the item being purchased. 


Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed - excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep this in mind when choosing Priority (2-Day) & Express Mail shipping.


You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed, which will include your USPS tracking number. To track your order, visit USPS.COM and enter your tracking number.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of Aphrodite's Love Parties product line, returning a product is not possible. These products are considered novelty items, and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept opened/used products for return or exchange. Once a product has left our facilities and has been opened/used, bacterial contamination becomes a serious concern. We take matters of hygiene and safety very seriously, and for this reason, we cannot take products back. We sincerely hope you understand our positioning, and appreciate receiving brand new and unopened products each and every time from our facilities! 


We are confident you will love Aphrodite's Love Parties products as much as our other customers do. If you are not completely satisfied after trying our products, please contact our care team at nisha@aphroditesloveparties.com to discuss your feedback or concerns. We are here to help! 


Should your product arrive DOA (dead on arrival), please call our office to discuss troubleshooting procedures. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 14 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued

RETURNING DEFECT PRODUCTS

Call Customer Service at 669-254-1257 to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write your RMA number on the product’s original packaging. (Sorry, returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the defective item. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.)
Package the product and all batteries and accessories that came with your product. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and circle the listing of the product that is defective.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.  

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the proper shipping address is entered correctly before completing the purchase. Please double check before placing your order!   In the event of an error, please email us immediately at nisha@aphroditesloveparties.com with your full name, order number and the corrected shipping address. We will do our best to correct the mistake as soon as possible.  Please keep in mind that we may not be able to correct shipping address errors prior to product shipping (our policy is a 24-hour response time to emails). In the event that we are not able to catch your mistake prior to shipping your parcel, it will be your responsibility to return the wrong (unopened) package to us and you will need to cover the cost of shipping for the new parcel to be resent. To avoid these unnecessary shipping costs and delays, please do take extra care to ensure the address you enter is correct prior to checking out.
